Entrant set-up opens: 9:00 am
Food service: 11:30 am – 3:00 pm

Cook entrant fee: $25
Maximum entries: 15
*Entrant sign up in bar
*Payment due at sign-up
*Wait List for 10 more spots – payment due upon being added as Official Entrant

Public Admission is Free!
People Choice ballots: $5 for 3 ballots

Submission of chili for judging: 1:45 pm
3 person judging award: 2:00 pm – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place awards
People’s Choice award: Follows judged award – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place awards

Entrant Requirements
Pre-cook chili
*No cooking at event, no open flames
*Consider amount being made so it can last from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm
*Post can keep entrant’s pots of extra chili warm in the kitchen
*Keep warm and serve from crock pot
*Large crockpots strongly recommended

There are no chili restrictions
*With or without beans is OK
*Meat, poultry, vegetarian OK
*Red, Verde or White OK

*Bring your own roll of paper towels
*Bring your own electrical extension cord and/or power strip
*Each entrant is encouraged to decorate their table and area – obnoxious is fine

Post Provides
*Event in back room of Post
*Table for each contestant
*Serving cups and plastic spoons
*Printed entrant name (team name) affixed to each table

Decorations for table and area
*Entrants are encouraged to extensively decorate their table and area- don’t forget to include what you wear too!
