Walton Park is open to the public from April 1st to October 31st. Eleven acres of green property on the edge of a forty-acre lake provide gorgeous ground on which to have a picnic, take a walk, or get some outdoor exercise. The park has a playground, lit softball and baseball diamonds, a basketball court, horseshoe pits, disc golf, an RC car area, a stage, and four pavilions with BBQ grills, electricity, and bathrooms.

Walton Lake is open to kayaking, canoeing, and small trolling motor boats. Fishing with a license is welcomed but swimming is not. Go birdwatching or wildlife viewing from one of the park's observation decks and take a break on the park’s covered bridge.

Pavilions are available for rent March 1st to October 31st. Have an outdoor family get-together or celebrate your next birthday party or wedding party with beautiful views of the lake!
