The museum is located in the historic and famously haunted Mineral Springs Mall in downtown Alton- also known as the most haunted small town in America!

Exhibits include local artifacts from the Enos Apartments building, McPike Mansion, and other haunted Alton sites. Illusions, ghost hunting kits, Victorian Vampire Killing kits, a taxidermized 'mermaid', and more are also featured. From robots that watch you wander through the displays to the curious world of quack medicine, there is a bit of everything in this museum dedicated to the weird, the spooky, and the macabre.
