The Macoupin County Collective, better known as The MAC, in downtown Staunton is a foundation dedicated to the growing, exploration, and creation of art in Macoupin County and the regional community. Made up of talented instructors, artists, and volunteers, The MAC offers many varieties of art classes and tutorials and holds community events like markets, galleries, and makers meet-and-greets. The MAC holds both regular scheduled classes, drop-in classes, and single-day classes, so visitors can hone a craft or just make something with their own hands for a day of fun!

The MAC offers instruction on clay and ceramics, stained glass, soap-making, 2D and 3D mixed media, oil, acrylic, and watercolor painting, horticulture, jewelry-making, and more for both adults and children! Check out Rivers and Routes' Events Page for upcoming events at The MAC!
