This private suite can accommodate up to 2 adults or a couple with a small child. There is a full-size bed with a 12-inch memory foam mattress. The neighborhood is safe, the neighbors are friendly and the guest house is just a 10 min drive from Grafton, 20 mins from Downtown Alton and 35 mins from St. Louis, MO.

You will have your own fridge stocked with bottled water, snacks, coffee and tea. Park under the carport directly in front of your suite. Walk around the back to your private entrance. There are 2 steps to enter the suite.

* The Artist Suite is located on a homestead and you may see free roaming Muscovy ducks outside or rabbits throughout the property. Look and enjoy, but please do not feed the animals.
