Nokomis

Like a lot of the small towns in the region, Nokomis is defined by its locally owned businesses and restaurants.

Perhaps its biggest draw, though, are its three parks, Nokomis Community Memorial Park, Shane P. Cole Memorial Park and Fred B. Johnson Nokomis City Park.

The Bottomley-Ruffing-Schalk Baseball Museum celebrates the professional baseball accomplishments of three National Baseball Hall of Famers, Nokomis natives Jim Bottomley and Red Ruffing and Montgomery County native Ray Schalk. Come run the bases in this quaint small town.
